Ingredients

full fat plain yogurt

chopped pineapple
frozen or fresh

honey or brown sugar

unsweetened shredded coconut
1/2

of fresh lime zest

lime juice
Instructions
Zest lime and squeeze out juice. Place into yogurt along with pineapple, honey/brown sugar, and shredded coconut.
Mix ingredients together and serve immediately! It’s that easy!
Adjust honey and brown sugar to taste. Or substitute with 1/2 tsp of Stevia for a healthier yogurt dish.
