Pork Kimchi Fried Rice
Kimchi fried rice with delicious crispy pork belly

- 1 lb pork belly diced
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 cup napa cabbage kimchi diced
- 1/4 kielbasa diced
- 2 cups cooked white rice
Sauce
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch sugar
- 1/2 tbsp gochujang
- 1/2 bunch green onion
Mix kimchi juice, salt, sugar, and gochujang together.
Heat a frying pan on medium high. Place pork belly and fry 10 minutes until fat is rendered and pork belly is crispy. Remove pork from pan and set aside.
Remove fat from the pan. Add in sesame oil, garlic, and kimchi. Stir fry kimchi for 3-5 minutes. Then add in kielbasa and rice. Fry another 5 minutes. Then add in sauce and stir fry another 3-5 minutes.
Add in crispy pork belly and chopped green onion.
